About Climate Shortlist

Climate Shortlist is a jobs board for people who work in climate, environment and public interest. Every role you see here was shared by someone in the sector - not scraped from LinkedIn or pulled from a database of thousands.

The jobs come from a private WhatsApp group of professionals working across NGOs, foundations, think tanks, campaign organisations and consultancies. When someone shares a role they think is worth applying for, it appears here automatically.

That's the difference. These aren't algorithm-picked or sponsored listings. They're roles that actual people in the field thought were good enough to share with their network.

How it works

New jobs are picked up from the group and added to the board throughout the day. Each listing stays live for 30 days or until its closing date passes, whichever comes first. Old roles disappear automatically so you're only ever looking at what's current.

You can filter by whether a role is remote, hybrid or on-site, and by country. Click any role to see the full details, then hit Apply to go straight to the original listing.

Who runs this

Climate Shortlist is a community project, not a commercial platform. There are no ads, no promoted listings and no data collection beyond basic visitor counts. It was built to make good roles in the sector easier to find.
